LIGHTWEIGHT TURNTABLE POSITIONERS - PL
The lightweight turntable positioners - PL are bench and column positioners for manual and automatic welding of circular devices ranging from 50 kg to 180 kg. All models can be tilted from 0° to 90° with mechanical positioning every 10° and variable rotation speed through a potentiometer. For these lightweight turntable positioners, which includes a pedal in the machine for the start and stop drivers, the MECOME has available two types of control:
BASE: controls speed for clockwise and against-clockwise rotation, with selectable 2/4 time and selector exclusion limit switch 360°.
MULTIFUNCTIONS: it is available with the same BASE model and also has the regulating overlap of the welding, plate start delay and the fading system at the end of welding.
Just for this option the client can order an accessory as a torchbearer swingarm with automatic release.
All lightweight turntable positioners are provided with shielding for the high frequency TIG welding generators.
The model PL180CTP is complete with pneumatic tailstock for locking the part to weld and includes automatic leaning (with fixed speed).
PL180 H model has a hole of 100 mm in diameter and motorized inclination moved by fixed speed.
Just for the MULTINFUNCTIONS model you can get available a moving torch holder arm as accessory.

PLF50
Bench positioner with the use of a raiser block (see picture) for manual welding (depends on of circular pieces, with a payload of 50 kg when the table is in horizontal position.
Plate rotation with a D.C. gearmotor complete with electronic feedback control and with speed adjustable by potentiometer. Tilting table from 0° to 90° with manual lock position and central reference in H7 with step holes for an easy fixing of the jigs piece locking.
For this type of table positioner one control board is available: all the functions controlled on the user's friendly front panel and complete of rotation start/stop pedal.
PL 60

Plate rotation with a D.C. gearmotor complete with electronic feedback control and with speed adjustable by potentiometer.
Tilting table from 0° to 90° with reference position step by step, through a manually operated handle with safety return spring and central reference in H7 with step holes for an easy fixing of the jigs for piece locking.
For PL 90 table positioner two control boards are available BASE and MULTIFUNCTION with all the functions controlled on the user's friendly front panel and complete of rotation start/stop pedal.
In PL 90 With the control MULTIFUNCTION some accessories can be added as the pneumatic torch support mod. BPR40.
PL180 - PL180H
Column lightweight turntable positioner for manual or automatic welding (depends on the model of electronic control BASE or MULTIFUNCTION) of circular pieces, with a payload of 180 kg when the table is in horizontal position.
Plate rotation with a D.C. gearmotor complete with electronic feedback control and with speed adjustable by potentiometer.
Tilting table from 0° to 90° with manual wheel that acts on a gearbox with manual lock position and central reference in H7 with step holes for an easy fixing of the jigs for piece locking.
The positioner PL180H has a through hole in the middle of the plate with inner diameter of 100 mm.

In the MULTIFUNCTION version some accessories can be integrated such as the pneumatic torch holder mod. BPR40 and / or the pneumatic tailstock mod. CTP with 100 mm stroke adjustable in height from 0 to 500 mm complete with micro piece presence.
